update on the popped blood-vessel...
i said i would update, so i'll follow through with my promise...
the swelling was down today, however there was definite bruisage surrounding the popped blood-vessel. thankfully, this did not hinder our morning run too much. that right ring finger was a part of the group of ten who prepared two homemade apple pies for goose's Thanksgiving celebration!
as the day progressed, the healing continued. the pain that first sent my roommate rolling in an anguished panic across our living room floor has been alleviated for the most part.
the true test will be the blood-vessel's status after making 97 caramel macchiatos, 63 eggnog lattes, 34 strawberries and cream frappuccinos, and 105 peppermint mochas during the ever-dreaded Black Friday, in which she is already in bed preparing for.
